1989年にKevinと別れたLolは、映画制作という夢の実現のため米国へ渡り、LAを拠点として活動を開始しますが、そのとき声をかけてきたのが、『History Mix Vol.1』で共同作業を行ったTrevor Hornでした。90年のInga Humpeを皮切りに,プロデューサー・Hornの片腕としてLolは、当時の先端技術だったコンピュータ通信→インターネットを駆使して、LAにいながらにして英国のHornと共同作業を続けていましたが、やがて映画の夢は破れ、音楽の世界に本格的に戻ってきます。
ちょうどHornも、元Art Of Noiseのメンバーを含めた新バンドを始動させようとしていましたが、レコード会社の意向もあってArt Of Noiseの再編という形になり、LolはAONの新メンバーに加わったのでした。

なお、このページの制作に際しては、「くが」さんのサイト『The Works of Godley & Creme』を参考にさせていただきました。

Art Of Noiseの新作は、ドビュッシーの曲を現代風に解釈し、ドラムンベースを加えてアレンジしたものとなっています。ただし、クレジット上はすべてAONの作曲とされており、ドビュッシーのどの曲がどのように加工されているのかは容易には分かりません。
